Deine Rolle

Als Warehouse Associate (m/f/d) bei Glambou spielst du eine zentrale Rolle dabei, dass unsere Schmuckstücke mit Sorgfalt und Effizienz vom Lager zu unseren Kund:innen gelangen. Du unterstützt unsere täglichen Logistikprozesse und trägst zu einer gut organisierten, präzisen und positiven Arbeitsumgebung bei.

Deine Aufgaben

• Annahme, Kontrolle und Einlagerung eingehender Lieferungen von Schmuck und Verpackungsmaterialien

• Kommissionieren, Verpacken und Vorbereiten von Kunden- und Filialbestellungen sowie Retouren mit höchster Sorgfalt

• Verwaltung der Lagerbestände und Sicherstellung der Bestandsgenauigkeit im Warenwirtschaftssystem

• Durchführung regelmäßiger Inventuren und Unterstützung bei Audits

• Unterstützung bei der Retourenbearbeitung und Produktqualitätskontrollen

• Prüfung aller Waren auf Beschädigungen sowie Dokumentation von Schäden

• Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Lager

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Logistik, Retail und Customer Service für reibungslose Abläufe

• Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen für Verpackung, Auftragsabwicklung oder Lagerorganisation

Das bringst du mit

• Erste Erfahrung im Lager-, Fulfillment- oder Logistikbereich (Erfahrung im Schmuck- oder Fashion-Umfeld von Vorteil)

• Hohe Detailgenauigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, hands-on Arbeitsweise

• Körperliche Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, Pakete zu heben und zu bewegen

• Grundkenntnisse in Lagerverwaltungssystemen oder digitalen Tools (z. B. Scanner, Excel, ERP-Systeme)

• Teamgeist und eine proaktive Einstellung

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)

Your Role

As a Warehouse Associate (m/f/d) at Glambou, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our beautiful pieces make it from our warehouse to our customers’ hands with care and efficiency. You’ll support our daily logistics operations and contribute to maintaining a well-organized, accurate, and positive working environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of jewelry and packaging materials

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and retail orders and returns with precision and care

• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy in our warehouse system

• Perform regular inventory checks and assist in audits

• Support returns processing and product quality checks

• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

• Collaborate with the logistics, retail, and customer service teams for smooth operations

• Suggest improvements for packaging, order flow, or storage setup

What You Bring

• First experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations (jewelry or fashion experience a plus)

• Attention to detail and a hands-on, structured working style

• Ability to lift and move packages

• Basic knowledge of warehouse systems or digital tools (e.g., scanners, Excel, ERP systems)

• Team spirit and a proactive attitude

• Good German and English skills (Minimum B2)
